Updated – Nokia Multimedia Transfer 1.4 Beta

Da pochi giorni è disponibile la nuova versione 1.4 di Nokia Multimedia Transfer, la suite per i Mac che permette di trasferire foto, video e brani musicali tramite iPhoto e iTunes e file di giochi e applicazioni o altro tramite Nokia Device Browser sui cellulari Nokia, oltre a consentire di sincronizzare i bookmark di Safari con quelli del cellulare.

Mac OS X 10.5.5 Leopard is now required for NMT 1.4
You can now choose the iPhoto albums and folders from which photos and videos will be transferred to the device
You can now choose the iTunes playlists and albums from which music and videos will be transferred to the device
You can now choose the Safari bookmark folders from which bookmarks will be transferred to the device
You can now specify the maximum size for photos that are transferred to the device. Larger photos will be rescaled to fit within the desired size.
Automatic transfers on device connect can now be disabled
iTunes, iPhoto and Safari Bookmarks transfers can now be launched individually from the corresponding settings panes
For devices, such as the N96, with both a large internal memory and a memory card, you are now able to use both memories in the order you prefer
The available space on the device memory and memory card is now shown in the device settings screen
Support for AppleScript and Growl have been added
Numerous other fixes and performance improvements.

Per quanto riguarda la compatibilità, la versione 1.4 è installabile solo su MacOSX 10.5 Leopard mentre per il MacOSX 10.4 Tiger si può usare solo la 1.3. Sul versante cellulari, Nokia Multimedia Transfer supporta moltissimi S60 3rd edition più alcuni S40.
